T&Cs SUMMARY

• By purchasing your break ticket, you agree to these retreat terms and conditions.

• Your retreat ticket includes the details listed on the ‘Weekends’ page at the time of purchasing.

• The organiser reserves the right to amend and change itinerary plans as necessary onsite.

• Refund allowed for cancellations within these parameters: Cancellations made 60-30 days out result in 50% refund.  Ability to transfer to new event dates if applicable. No refund for cancellations 30 days before event start date. 4% processing fee applies.

• If the trip is cancelled by Boutique Book Breaks, full refund on all payment made to the Organiser directly.

• If any accidents happen on the Weekend Retreat (injury, damages, loss of properties, and other liabilities), you agree that Boutique Book Breaks Ltd. is not responsible.

PRIVACY & DATA

Your information will be held and used by Boutique Book Breaks to register you for any weekend breaks and we may contact you by email, phone or post with information about other events & services relevant to the business. We may also share your information with other parties in the European Economic Area who may wish to contact you by phone or post in relation to the weekends - this will mainly be the hotels we use. If you would prefer not to receive such information from us or such third parties, please message and we can update your privacy settings.
